PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A SWIMMING COMPONENT FOR CROSSFIT IN PERTH 2027 WPFG
Each workout will be varied and will include all or some of the following components:
- Metabolic conditioning
- Weightlifting
- Gymnastics
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
All movement standards will be posted online and included in pre-competition athlete information.
SCORING & TIE-BREAKS
Each event will be scored based on: Time to complete event (if for time)
Total reps completed (if AMRAP)
Total weight lifted (if for load)

If an athlete enters the INDIVIDUAL division at the RX level, they must also compete at the RX level if they also enter the TEAM Division.
Scheduling will allow an athlete to enter the individual division in addition to both same sex teams and mixed teams.

This venue is serviced by the Mount Claremont Precinct WPFG Shuttle.
Walk or use your free public transport to get to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station.
From there multiple WPFG Shuttles will run throughout the day getting you to and from Perth High Performance Centre (PHPC).
