History of the Games

From humble beginnings to a global celebration of service and sport, the World Police & Fire Games brings first responders together through shared values, fierce competition and lifelong connection.

Be shoulder to shoulder with the best

The World Police & Fire Games (WPFG) is a multi-sport event spanning across 10 days of competition, and featuring over 60 sports. The Games will unite 8,500 active, volunteer and retired law enforcement, and emergency services personnel from all over the world together for the experience of a lifetime. Compete in a series of exciting events, then connect off the field as you swap stories and build unbreakable bonds. And when it’s all done, you’ve got all of Western Australia at your fingertips, waiting to be explored.
