Individual 21.1km (13.1 miles)

In order to run on a Team, Competitor must also enter the Individual event.
Competitors in both events are scored by the result of one race.
Half Marathon will take place at the West Australian Marathon Club located in Burswood Watersports Centre.
Weigh-Ins for heavy weight categories only will take place at The Games Hub – Official Weigh-In Room.
Please ensure you are dressed appropriately for weigh-in.

format
COMPETITION FORMAT
Individual
Mass start with chip time being used to determine finish time and placings.
Team
At least 3 team members must complete the course for the team to be eligible for medals. The aggregate score of the best 3 times determines Team score. If a placing team has 4 team members, the fourth team member may only receive a medal if he/she starts the race.
awards
Medals are awarded to athletes placing first through third.
Awards ceremony will take place at approximately 11:00am at Burswood Watersport Centre.
getting there
This venue is serviced by a dedicated WPFG Shuttle.
Walk or use your free public transport to get to The Games Hub at PCEC.
From PCEC the shuttle will convey you to and from West Australian Marathon Club at Burswood Watersports Centre.
Departure and return times will be aligned to sport times – arriving before the athlete briefing at 7:15AM and returning after awards, commencing at 11:00AM.
WPFG Shuttle times will be made available to participants closer to the event.
