sport information
Before the start of play each day, one trial end each way shall be permitted.
Athletes are to provide their own bowls.
Individual teams are to supply bowl markers (coloured adhesive discs). All members of a team must use the same bowl markers.
There will be a morning session, and an afternoon session programmed each day, with the possibility of a night session if programming requires it.

format
COMPETITION FORMAT
Teams will be bracketed into sections of 4, subject to the number of entries received for a specific event. If less than 7 Teams are entered in an event a round robin style competition will be conducted.
There will be a morning session, and an afternoon session programmed each day, with the possibility of a night session if programming requires it.
All games will be of 12 ends duration. A minimum of 8 ends is required for an official game.
Best placed teams will advance to Knockout Finals based on Points, Score Differential, Percentage.
If Teams are still equal a Single End Play Off will occur.
awards
Medals are awarded to athletes placing first through third.
Awards ceremonies will take place following the final for that division, at the competition venue.
getting there
This venue is serviced by the Joondalup Precinct WPFG Shuttle.
Use your free public transport to get to Joondalup Train Station.
From there a dedicated Games shuttle from will convey you to Joondalup Lawn Bowls Club, with a return service at the end of the event.
Departure and return times will be aligned to sport timings and will be made available closer to the competition.
