Ergometres will be available at the competition site for practice/warm up on the days of competition.
Competitors may use any gear or wind vent setting they choose but must not change it during the race.
Weigh in will take place at the competition venue.

FORMAT
COMPETITION FORMAT
Competitors will row the distance as per the event entered against competitors in the same age, gender and weight division.
The speed at which each competitor can complete the rowing distance will determine athlete placings.
awards
Medals are awarded to athletes placing first through third in each division.
Award ceremonies will take place each day following each division, at the competition venue.
getting there
This venue is serviced by the Mount Claremont Precinct WPFG Shuttle.
Walk or use your free public transport to get to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station.
From there multiple WPFG Shuttles will run throughout the day getting you to and from Perth High Performance Centre (PHPC).
