The WA Athletics Stadium is Western Australia’s premier athletics venue that will provide a world-class stage for track and field competition during the Perth 2027 WPFG.
Since opening in 2009, the stadium has become the main facility for the sport of athletics in Perth, establishing a reputation for delivering major sporting events, from international competitions and national championships to community athletics meets and school carnivals. Its modern design and competition-ready facilities make it an ideal setting for athletes to perform at their best.
Located in Perth’s renowned sporting precinct, the venue offers a vibrant championship atmosphere for both competitors and spectators. Throughout the year, the stadium serves as a hub for athletics development, training, and event delivery, supporting participation from grassroots through to elite levels.
