Competitors may enter both the Beach and Indoor Volleyball.

Player uniforms require clearly visible, non-duplicated player numbers on the front of the top or jersey.

Players may not wear apparel that can cause injury to another player. Men shall wear tops. Shirtless play will be prohibited and enforced.

No practice sessions will be arranged by Perth 2027 WPFG. Sand courts available at Volleyball WA prior to competition days. Contact directly for practice access Volleyball WA

REVERSE CO-ED DOUBLES

format

The competition will be played in a round robin format followed by an elimination tournament. Groups from 4 to 5 teams shall be established.

Men’s and Women’s Doubles: Group play preliminaries followed by a double elimination final.

Reverse Co-Ed Doubles: Group play preliminaries followed by a single elimination final.

The competition will be played over 4 days from morning to afternoon.

A match will be won by the first team to win two sets. The first two sets are played to 21 points. If a third set is required, it is played to 15 points.

All points are scored using rally scoring, where a point is awarded on every rally regardless of who served.

Medals are awarded to athletes placing first through third.

Awards ceremony will take place following the final for that division. The ceremony will take place at the venue.
